Sound therapy

Solfeggio frequencies are a specific set of musical tones, each with a unique frequency measured in Hertz (Hz). When listened to or used in meditation and sound therapy, they can have positive effects on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. 

These frequencies are believed to have originated from ancient musical scales and were possibly used in Gregorian chants and other sacred music for healing and spiritual purposes.

174 Hz - This frequency is associated with pain relief, relaxation, and reducing physical and emotional tension.

285 Hz - This frequency is believed to promote cellular healing and regeneration, as well as emotional balance and peace of mind.

396 Hz - This frequency is associated with liberating feelings of guilt and fear and promoting positive change and transformation.

417 Hz - This frequency is believed to help remove negative energy, facilitate change and growth, and enhance creativity and problem-solving.

528 Hz - This frequency is known as the “miracle” tone and is believed to help promote healing and repair of DNA and enhance love, peace, and harmony.

639 Hz - This frequency is associated with connection, relationships, and communication and is believed to enhance interpersonal relationships and strengthen bonds.

741 Hz - This frequency is associated with cleansing or detoxification, and is said to help release negative energy and promote a sense of inner peace and clarity and to enhance our ability to communicate and connect with others.

852 Hz - This frequency is associated with awakening intuition, spiritual connection, and inner strength. It is believed to promote a greater sense of inner peace and self-awareness.

963 Hz - This frequency is often called the frequency of “God consciousness.” It promotes spiritual awakening, higher consciousness, and a deeper connection with the divine. It is also associated with the pineal gland, which is believed to be the “third eye” in some spiritual traditions.
